Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging at the time of return.

Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Please send a clear photo of the product along with your city, address, and order number so that we can arrange for a replacement in case the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

A full refund will be issued if the received product is completely different from the one displayed on our website.

We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding product usage that are not clearly mentioned on the product page on our website.
